Salamah was introduced as a smart digital assistant to support Amiri Hospital’s digital transformation journey. Designed as a friendly character, Salama became the “face” of change, helping staff and patients interact with new systems in an engaging way.
Problem
Digital systems are often met with resistance due to complexity and lack of user-friendliness. Staff and patients needed a clear and engaging way to understand and adapt to new digital tools. I created Salama as an AI-powered character with multiple expressions—thinking, happy, upset, and funny—to humanize the digital transformation. Through visuals, media content, and interactive communication, Salama guided users across presentations, WhatsApp, and hospital departments.
Solution
Salama became a recognizable digital ambassador for the hospital, bridging the gap between technology and people. She made the adoption of new systems smoother, built trust in digital change, and created a unique identity for Amiri Hospital’s transformation.
