Turning Weak Presence into a Strong Media Identity
Amiri Hospital faced the challenge of weak media presence and limited communication with the public. My role was to lead a complete transformation, building a modern media identity that reflects the hospital’s services and achievements.
Problem
Before 2019, the hospital’s media efforts were minimal, with inconsistent content and no clear strategy. This resulted in low visibility and limited engagement with patients and the community.
Solution
I developed a new media strategy focused on producing both internal and external content. This included digital presentations, corporate communication materials, social media management, video production, flyers, brochures, and booklets. These efforts built a clear and engaging identity that strengthened the hospital’s communication with staff, patients, and the public.
