The Challenge of Website-Only Access
Amiri Hospital relied only on a website, which limited how patients and staff could interact with its services. My role was to design the UI/UX for a new mobile application to extend accessibility and improve digital engagement.
Problem
With no dedicated app, users struggled to reach hospital services quickly and efficiently, especially on mobile devices. The lack of a modern digital touchpoint reduced convenience and limited engagement.
Solution
I created a clean, modern, and user-centered UI/UX design for the hospital’s new mobile app. The design included intuitive navigation, structured service categories, responsive layouts, and a smooth digital journey that simplified access to hospital resources.
